This limited edition print features ʻilima, the beloved flower known for its delicate petals and beautiful golden color. The title “Drops of Honey” is inspired by both the warm honey-like tones of the ʻilima and in honor of Aunty Honey, whose ʻilima lei were well known and cherished by many.
After she passed, our family was given seeds from her ʻilima plants so we could continue growing them and carrying on her legacy of making lei. Through these flowers and the lei made from them, her legacy continues to bloom.
