Shipping & Processing

• Ready-to-ship jewelry orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days.
  
• Made-to-order jewelry has a processing time of approximately 2-3 weeks.
  
• Once your order has shipped and tracking is provided, any shipping issues must be addressed with USPS. Kanani O Ke Kai Designs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed mail. 
  

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging/condition. 
  
• Custom orders and sale /discounted items are final sale.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Repairs 

• Repairs are available for a small fee. Pricing and turnaround time vary based on the type and extent of the repair.

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. 
  

Jewelry Care

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, & harsh chemicals.
  
• Gently wash/rinse jewelry with freshwater after being in the ocean or sweating.
  
• Dainty shells such as kahelelanis and momis are very fragile! Please handle these pieces with care and remove jewelry before sleeping, swimming, or working out.
  

Custom Orders

• Custom orders are available based on material/shell availability. Typical processing time is 2-3 weeks.
